We arrived quite late into Jaipur and stayed at the Ramada Hotel. The tour guide met us at the hotel and after we settled in we all went out for something to eat. The kids wanted to go to Pizza Hut. The tour guide took us to a local shopping area and we sat down to our meal. Our guide is very conscientious, I’d say he was in his late fifties and on our return to the hotel insisted on showing us a couple of local sites along with the history of Jaipur itself. He seems really proud of his city.
We got back to the hotel quite late and Jas, Iran and I watched Stoke play Newcastle United on TV.
We were really tired after another long day in the van and pretty much fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows.
